Our Values
Nuestros valores
At our nursery, our values are at the heart of everything we do. They shape the way we teach, support and care for children, as well as how we work together as a team and build relationships with families. We believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, respected and celebrated for exactly who they are.
We are proud to be an inclusive nursery where all children and families are welcome.
We celebrate diversity in all its forms and embrace the unique qualities, experiences and backgrounds that make each child special. Our staff team also comes from a range of diverse backgrounds, bringing different experiences, perspectives and strengths that enrich our nursery community. We actively encourage children to be proud of who they are, while learning to appreciate and respect the differences in others.

What values are at the heart of Bilingual Day Nurseries?
Our values are at the heart of everything we do. We believe in nurturing our children and team members through our values. We want every child to feel valued, supported and confident to be themselves in a safe, caring environment.
How do you ensure every child feels valued and included?
We celebrate every child’s individuality, recognising their interests, strengths, family background and experiences. We create an inclusive environment where children learn to respect differences, build friendships and appreciate the world around them.
How do you build positive relationships with children and families?
We believe strong partnerships between families and practitioners are essential to children’s happiness and development. We promote open communication, mutual respect and trust, working together to understand each child’s needs and provide consistent support.
How do you encourage kindness, respect and independence?
We model positive behaviour through our everyday interactions, helping children learn to listen, share, cooperate and show empathy. We encourage children to make choices, try new experiences and develop confidence in their abilities while understanding the importance of caring for others.
How do your values connect with bilingual learning?
We believe language opens doors to understanding people, cultures and different perspectives. Through our English and Spanish approach, we celebrate cultural diversity, encourage curiosity and help children develop respect for others while building the confidence to communicate in different ways.
