Our intimate setting allows us to build strong relationships with children and their families, creating a genuine "home from home" where children feel safe, secure, happy and confident to explore.

Established in March 2022, our nursery is situated within the beautiful grounds of Woodstone Community Primary School. We provide full-day childcare for children aged 3 months to school age, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, all year round.

We are proud to offer a warm, welcoming and homely environment where every child is known as an individual. We aim to create a genuine "home from home", where children feel safe, secure and valued, and where strong relationships with children and their families are at the heart of everything we do.

At Bilingual Day Nurseries Ravenstone, we believe children learn best when they are happy, engaged and having fun. Our approach to early childhood education is holistic, recognising that every child develops in their own unique way.

We provide a wide range of experiences and environments that encourage children to explore their interests, develop their independence, build confidence and discover the world around them. By following each child’s individual strengths, interests and curiosities, we create opportunities for them to develop emotionally, socially, physically, creatively and intellectually.

Our nursery is open to all children. Your child does not need to come from a bilingual family or already speak another language to join us.

We believe that introducing children to another language from an early age is a wonderful opportunity. Our mission is simple: for children to learn another language through play.

Children are naturally curious and have an incredible capacity for language development during their early years. Through songs, stories, conversations, games, routines and everyday play, we introduce children to a second language in a natural and enjoyable way.

Being exposed to another language also gives children opportunities to develop their communication skills, become more culturally aware and appreciate different languages and cultures from an early age. We want children to see language as something exciting, meaningful and part of everyday life.

We believe children thrive when they are surrounded by adults who know them well, value their individuality and celebrate their achievements.

Our team takes the time to understand each child, building close and trusting relationships with them and their families. We work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure children feel secure, supported and confident throughout their nursery journey.

Whether your child is taking their first steps into nursery life, discovering the world as a toddler or preparing for their transition to school, we provide an environment where they can play, explore, communicate, develop and flourish.

Our aim is not simply to prepare children for their next stage of education, but to give them the foundations they need to become confident, independent and curious learners for life.

As children progress through our nursery, we support them to develop the communication, social, emotional and practical skills they need for school readiness, while encouraging them to become increasingly independent and resilient.

We want every child who leaves Bilingual Day Nurseries Ravenstone to do so feeling confident in who they are, excited about learning and ready for their next adventure.

I have recently started at the Bilingual Day nurseries across both the sites and the girls from the floor staff to kitchen to office to the students everyone has been so welcoming and lovely!☺️ It’s really nice to see such a wholesome team work with each other not just separate but as a whole across both sites!

Highly recommended! The nursery workers have been amazing with our little one, specifically Jaz and Milena. She genuinely loves attending nursery. The focus on play, outdoors and independence is wonderful, whilst becoming familiar with another language

This nursery is absolutely wonderful. They are so welcoming and inclusive, our son was 1 when he joined and they have helped him settle in so well, keeping us informed at every step of the way. The are very open to you checking in when you need to as they understand it's important for us to be able to ask questions or just ask how our children are to help put us at ease too. The staff are all brilliant, but Mila and Jaz have been the two we have interacted with the most (Mila is our sons key worker) and they both adore Archie and we adore them just as much!

Bilingual has been such a positive experience for our twins. We’ve really appreciated the way the nursery supports outdoor play and lets the children get stuck in, explore, and have fun. Thank you to Jaz and Lehara (and rest of the team) for looking after them so well—you’ve both fantastic with your care and enthusiasm. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and we’d definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

My son has been attending Bilingual ravenstone for the past 2 years and this is by far the best nursery around coalville. The team, the forest school, healthy food and Spanish is impeccable and of highest standards!

Our little ones adore there days spent at bilingual day nursery Ravenstone !! All the staff are incredible and the activities they put together for the children are second to none!! The amount of skills they have learnt from that we just wouldn’t think to do as parents is great and the fact this is a bilingual nursery just sells the place even more. Our children love learning in both English and Spanish !! The staff at the nursery are amazing and I know they adore our children as much as we love them all.
